and BMG have just signed an agreement for digital distribution. This agreement allows VirginMega.fr to distribute BMG music titles via Internet by downloading process. Therefore, VirginMega.fr is now the 1st French web site that has obtained the rights for digital distribution of the 5 major production companies. This represents a unique Internet music-downloading offer in France!

Moreover, VirginMega.fr has also signed with SPPF and UPFI, 2 professional organizations that represent French independent production companies.

The VirginMega.fr web site has now more than 300.000 visitors per month and sales are growing rapidly. This is going to increase on and on with the addition of BMG titles. 50.000 titles were until now available, but this offer should quickly rise up to 500.000 titles.
