Over the past 12 years, Lagardère has maintained an attractive, stable dividend payout policy of €1.30 per share.
Due to the crisis related to the Covid-19 pandemic, no dividend distributions were made in 2020 and 2021 for the 2019 and 2020 results.
Thanks to cost control efforts at the business and corporate levels, operating cash generation and the excellent 2021 operating performance, an ordinary dividend of €0.50 per share could be paid en 2022 for 2021.
