SPORTFIVE has been appointed by UEFA as the exclusive sales agency for the media rights to UEFA EURO 2012TM in a number of markets in Asia and across all of Oceania.
The agreement covers a total of 49 territories, including China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Vietnam and Australia.
As part of this deal, SPORTFIVE will also market the media rights to the 2011 and 2013 UEFA European Under 21 ChampionshipsTM and UEFA Women’s EURO 2013TM. The international sports marketing agency is delighted to acquire these new properties and looks forward to the opportunities they will present.
This partnership with UEFA leads on from the successful collaboration between UEFA and SPORTFIVE for the sales of the media rights to UEFA EURO 2008TM. SPORTFIVE is thrilled to work once again with UEFA for the UEFA European Football ChampionshipsTM, without doubt one of the most prestigious sporting events in the world.

The signing of this deal coincides with SPORTFIVE’s recent decision to relocate its International Business Unit to Geneva. The proximity of the Geneva office to UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon will enhance a smooth collaboration with UEFA and successful sales process for the media rights to UEFA EURO 2012TM.
