Appointments of Pierre Sellier and Emmanuel Rapin

On September 3, 2012, Pierre Sellier, previously Group Director Treasury and Finance, has been appointed Acting Director for the Managing Partners reporting to Thierry Funck-Brentano, Co-Managing Partner of Lagardère SCA. Pierre Sellier will play a supporting role to the key people in the Lagardère group.
Emmanuel Rapin has joined Lagardère as Group Director Treasury and Finance, reporting to Gérard Adsuar, Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Since 2009, Emmanuel Rapin had been in charge of the Rhodia group’s Director Treasury and Finance. Before that, he was Vice-President Finance for the Novecare global business in the US and Chief Financial Officer for the Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore for the same group.
