LeGuide.com Group announces a new executive team.

François Michel – Executive Vice President
François Michel, age 43, with a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics (Paris IX Dauphine University) and DESS in Finance and Cost Control (IAE), began his career in the Lagardère Group where he was active in various positions, including as Financial Director for Media Production and most recently as Deputy Financial Director of Lagardère Active.
Possessing profound administrative, operational and managerial expertise as well as extensive experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, François Michel joins the LeGuide.com Group as Executive Vice President to support and back Olivier Sichel to implement his strategy. François will direct the Finance, Human Resources and Legal departments. Furthermore Dooyoo, the German subsidiary based in Berlin, will report to him.

Sebastian Roehrich – Chief Marketing Officer
Sebastian Roehrich, age 39, is a graduate from ESB – Reutlingen and lives in Munich. He has over 15 years’ experience in the online industry across the complete value chain, with a strong focus on strategy and product marketing.
Sebastian Roehrich was part of the start-up wave in 2000, leading product management and IT development at eCircle. Among other achievements there, he developed eC-messenger which is still the foundation for most of the company’s offerings. He was the Head of Product Management and Content Operations for Ciao (now a part of LeGuide.com Group) from 2006 to 2011 and helped to push massive revenue growth and international launches, leading to the successful sale of the company to Microsoft.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Sebastian will position, improve and grow the different LeGuide.com Groups brands.

Nicolas Autret – Vice-President Business Development
Nicolas Autret, age 32, is a graduate from Supelec, Georgia Institute of Technology and INSEAD. He has had more than nine years’ experience in industry, after having started his career in the ATDC Seed Capital Fund in the United States, investing in seed and early stage companies in the IT sector. Nicolas then joined France Telecom in New York, in charge of Business Development & Corporate Strategy for the FT Group in North America. In early 2009, he joined Sofinnova Partners, a leading venture capital fund in Europe, where he was involved with the Internet, software and new media sectors.
Nicolas Autret will join the LeGuide.com Group as Vice President of Business Development at the beginning of January 2013. He will coordinate the implementation of new media and technology partnerships to accelerate growth and turnover for all of the LeGuide.com Group’s subsidiaries. In addition, Nicolas will be responsible for direct and indirect advertising sales. Furthermore, Nicolas will oversee the Group’s SEM activities with the support of expert teams based in Paris and Munich

As new members of the Group’s Executive Management Committee, they join Mohammed Bellamine, Chief Operating Officer, age 49, in charge of Group Operations and Thomas Garnesson, Vice President Sales, age 32, in charge of Group Sales.

Olivier Sichel, CEO of LeGuide.com group states: «I am delighted with the formation of this new team in which I have the greatest confidence.
