Success for Europe 1 podcasts

With 1 million downloads recorded every month, podcasts from Europe 1 are proving a tremendous success amongst the general public and advertisers alike.

Following in the steps of SFR, Orange, IDTGV, Le Crédit Immobilier de France and Renault, the manufacturer Honda and its Starcom agency are now demonstrating their confidence in the podcasts from Europe 1. The firm will be advertising exclusively on six special-interest channels over a three-week period.

Launched in September 2005, Europe 1 has created 22 podcast programmes, including one video podcast taking a behind-the-scenes look at the radio station.

Lagardère Active Publicité is offering companies the opportunity to sponsor podcasts with 5-, 10- and 15-second slots at the start and end of each podcast.
