Lagardère SCA’s Supervisory Board met on 8 April, 2010 to consider the two resolutions submitted by Mr. Wyser-Pratte with a view to tabling them at the next Annual General Meeting on 27 April.
Lagardère SCA’s Supervisory Board issued a unanimous negative response to the two draft resolutions proposed by Mr. Wyser-Pratte which the managing partners decided not to accept.
