(i) After deduction of the shares without voting rights (treasury shares and liquidity contract). The number of exercisable voting rights is used to calculate the crossing of statutory thresholds.
(ii) In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF’s General Regulations, the number of theorical voting rights is calculated on the basis of all shares to which voting right are attached, including shares without voting rights (treasury shares). The number of theoretical voting rights is used to calculate the crossing of legal thresholds.
