Lagardère welcomes the decision by the Paris criminal court to recognise that its exoneration by the Autorité des marchés financiers’ sanctions committee on 27 November 2009 remains the sole decision applicable in the EADS case.

As a result, in line with the decision by the French Constitutional Council on 18 March 2015 – which held cumulative administrative and criminal proceedings concerning alleged insider dealing to be unconstitutional – the Paris criminal court has ended all proceedings against the Lagardère group.
