Lagardère Unlimited Stadium Solutions strengthens expertise with acquisition of Stadium Consulting Group activities

Lagardère Unlimited Stadium Solutions, a subsidiary of Lagardère Unlimited, that provides consulting services to stadium and arena operators, has gained further expertise by acquiring Stadia Consulting Group activities.

Created in 2005, Stadia Consulting Group was the first French firm to specialise in development consulting and management of sports arenas. This expertise has propelled the firm to the forefront of the stadium consulting market.

Led from the start by co-founder Stéphane Pottier, Stadia, now integrated into Lagardère Unlimited Stadium Solutions, is the partner of most of the structures in charge of implementing and operating stadiums which will host in France for the UEFA EURO 2016^TM.
As a targeted solution for rounding out its portfolio, this acquisition will enable Lagardère Unlimited Stadium Solutions to grow at a faster pace both in France and abroad.
