Lagardère SCA finalises the sale of its international magazine businesses in Russia and Ukraine

As announced in the press release of May 31, having now received the necessary approval, Lagardère SCA has finalised the sale of its international magazine businesses in Russia and Ukraine to Hearst Corporation.
The transactions in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom are expected to be finalised over the coming days, and in China by the end of 2011, which will complete the entire transaction.
