Lagardère Active: new management organisation

Didier Quillot, Chairman of the Management Board of Lagardère Active, today announced a new management organisation at Lagardère Active:

• Anne-Marie Couderc is leaving her function as Secretary General of Lagardère Active and becoming Deputy Director to Didier Quillot, responsible particularly for the Group’s corporate representation and specific missions: PQR, Presstalis and other missions as required.
• The Internal Communications Department under the responsibility of Philippe Mendiburu will now report to Denis Langlois, who has been appointed Director of Human Resources and Internal Communications at Lagardère Active, attached directly to Didier Quillot.
• The Communications Department under the responsibility of Delphine Marçais, the Corporate Relations Department under the responsibility of Arnaud Decker and the Sustainable Development Department under the responsibility of Anne Chéret will report to Delphine Grison, who becomes Director of Strategic Marketing and Development for Lagardère Active.
  The Press Relations Department headed up by Valérie Blondeau will now be part of the Communications Department.
• Lagardère Active Enterprises – the new name of the Licensing and Diversification activity – managed by Fabrice Plaquevent will report to the Strategic Marketing and Development Department.

All these appointments and changes are effective as of today’s date.
