In the context of the AMF investigation relating to dealings with EADS shares, the Examiner (“Rapporteur”) appointed by the AMF Enforcement Committee ( “Commission des sanctions”) has today delivered a report in which the Lagardère group has been cleared of all alleged breaches in this respect.

The case will be submitted to the Enforcement Committee in November and the final decision of the Enforcement Committee should be taken before the end of the year.
