Florence Lonis Deputy General Counsel in charge of Governance Communication

Lagardère’s general management has decided to appoint Florence Lonis Deputy General Counsel in charge of Governance Communication and Compliance Programs, reporting to Norbert Giaoui, Group General Counsel.
Florence Lonis, 45 years old, obtained postgraduate degrees in corporate and tax law from the University of Nancy, and in corporate and commercial law from the University of Bologna (Italy).
Having held the position of General Counsel for Sun Microsystems Southern Europe for 10 years, she spent 4 years developing Apple’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa Legal Department. She joined Lagardère in 2007 as General Counsel of Lagardère Active, the Group’s media division, a position she has held until now.
