Europe 1: Appointment

Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and CEO of Europe 1, recently appointed Augustin Vexiau as Director of the new europe1.fr website. This appointment forms part of a wider digital development strategy with a particular focus on the Internet.
Since 2006, Augustin Vexiau, 30, has been the editor of the lefigaro.fr website. He previously worked for 20minutes.fr. Reporting directly to Alexandre Bompard, his appointment takes immediate effect.
