The E-Commerce and Distance Selling Federation (FEVAD) presented the award for the “best online ticket service of the year according to Internet users” to during the 7th annual 2013 Nuit des Favor’i (Night of Favourites) awards ceremony held on Thursday 28 November.

This event pays tribute to French online retailers, who represent a real growth engine for the French economy. It honours the favourite sites of Internet users and singles out the most innovative practices, particularly in terms of strategy, quality of service, communication and customer relations.
