Appointments within Lagardère Active management

Didier Quillot, Chairman of the Management Board of Lagardère Active, has announced the following appointments:

• Bruno Lesouëf becomes CEO Publications for Magazine Publishing in France, replacing Olivier Chapuis. He was previously Chief Operative Officer.
• Henri Le Menestrel, Chairman of Nextedia, becomes a member of the Lagardère Active Management Board, following the acquisition of his company by Lagardère Active.

These appointments become effective immediately.
