Appointment of Anthony Mellor as Chief of Investor Relations

Anthony Mellor is joining the Lagardère group as Chief of Investor Relations. He takes over from Virginie Banet who is now leaving the Group to join Natixis.

A member of the Group’s Finance Committee, he reports to Dominique D’Hinnin, Co-Managing Partner of Lagardère SCA.

Anthony Mellor is 40 years old and has dual French/British nationality. He began his career with AGF Asset Management in 1996, before joining Air Liquide’s Financial Communication department in 1999. In 2002, he joined the Bouygues Group as Chief of Investor Relations until 2009 before joining Accor as Chief of Financial Communication.

He is a graduate of the Paris Institut d’Études Politiques (Institute of Political Studies) and holds a Master’s degree in business law.
