For several years, Lagardère has maintained frequent, ongoing and seamlessly dialogue with non-financial investment analysts to comply with their growing expectations regarding environmental, social and governance issues.
Extra-financial analysis consists in assessing companies (and other kinds of issuers of financial securities) on their environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies to draw up a rating and compare ESG practices.
These ratings are taken into account by investors and asset managers. Thus, with regard to its commitment, level of maturity and best practices in sustainability and ESG, the Lagardère group achieved the following performances in 2024 (based on 2023 data):
- Sustainalytics: “low risk”, with a rating of 14.3, up 2.1 points on the previous period;

- CDP: B rating (compared with C in 2023), in a context of strengthening the CDP methodology.
