Pauline Hauwel
Secretary General of the Lagardère group
After graduating in corporate law in 2002, Pauline Hauwel began her career in a law firm in the United States before joining the Lagardère group Legal Department in 2005, where she was initially in charge of mergers and acquisitions, before taking up the position of head of Securities and Corporate Law in 2014.
She left the Legal Department in January 2020 to become director of the Group General Secretariat, and was appointed Secretary General in January 2022.
