Appointment of Nathalie Pellet as Deputy Director of Investor Relations

Lagardère SA announces the appointment of Nathalie Pellet as Deputy Director of Investor Relations within the Lagardère group’s Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations Department, effective 1 September 2025. In this role, she will also be responsible for Louis Hachette Group’s financial communications.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School with more than 25 years of experience in finance, Nathalie Pellet began her career in 1998 at PwC before joining the Vivendi group as Head of External Financial Reporting in the Consolidation Department in 2007. Since 2017, she has served as Investor Relations Director at Vivendi SE.

Created in 1992, Lagardère is an international group with operations in more than 45 countries worldwide. It employs over 33,000 people and generated revenue of €8,942 million in 2024.
