Stress doesn’t have to be a part of life. We can reduce tension and learn to live with greater tranquillity. To achieve this goal, in collaboration with the digital-education publisher Teach on Mars, Psychologies magazine has developed a five-step smartphone application to assist you on a day-to-day basis. With just a click of your smartphone, you can learn how to put together your own emergency anti-stress kit, so as to better manage your time, control your emotions and express yourself calmly. Information, tips and exercises: you’ll find the whole Psychologies experience in a fun, practical version. A new tool, a new approach, but the same mindset: that’s the vision of Psychologies.
