Skyrock

Following a series of articles in the press mentioning the sale of Radio SKYROCK, the LAGARDERE group points out that it is in fact in the process of disposing of its stake in Radio SKYROCK, in which HACHETTE FILIPACCHI MEDIAS has an 87% interest.

In connection with the mandate to sell entrusted to Banque LAZARD, discussions are underway with a number of candidates for taking over SKYROCK. These discussions bear on complete disposal of the stake of the LAGARDERE group, which does not envisage continued financial links with SKYROCK, either directly or indirectly, at the conclusion of this operation.
