From 15th October 2008 and for a period of 1 year, tacitly renewable, LAGARDERE SCA has mandated Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux to implement a Liquidity Contract on the shares LAGARDERE SCA (ISIN Code : FR0000130213) that is in conformity with the AMAFI (ex-AFEI) Deontology Charter as approved by the Authority of the Financial Markets.
For the implement of this contract, the following means were affected to the liquidity account:
- 20.000.000 (twenty million) Euros
