For more than 25 years, La Plage has been developing a practical catalog around the green way of living. In 1994, La Plage started its catalog with vegetarian cooking books publishing. Actually vegetarian food is not only healthy but also ecoresponsible. La Plage also opened a vegan-dedicated section later on, in the 2000s. Currently, La Plage publishes yoga, eco-parenting and sewing books, manuals about natural homemade cosmetics and household products’ crafting, as far as militant graphic essays to raise awareness on burning issues… always with humour ! Finally, La Plage is proud that the quality of its books is recognized internationally. Its books are regularly translated by foreign publishers and La Plage has won a «World Gourmand Cookbook Award» four times.”
