In 2018, the Lagardère's CSR advisory body, composed of 13 experts, focused on the CSR's risks and opportunities mapping, which complete the materiality analysis and respond to new regulatory requirements in terms of non-financial reporting.
The panel has the following aims:

  • Contributing to the Group's forward-looking discussions regarding its main workforce-related social and environmental issues
  • Collecting advice, expectations, criticism regarding the CSR policy -participative process-
  • Adjusting and strengthening the CSR roadmap in line with the business model
  • Analyzing the emerging trends which could impact on Lagardère's group' business activities -medium and long term-
  • Getting informed about the risks and opportunities -external vision-
  • Making CSR a driver of innovation and performance
