Relay changes the way we travel

In 2007, Relay France anticipated new market and consumer trends by launching a major project to transform the company. This involved repositioning its products and services, developing new retail chains, setting up a new information system and changing its structure.

Needless to say, this transformation also led to a rethinking of the Relay brand's future. A project team called New Relay was set up in November 2011 to create a new concept that would better meet travellers' expectations. The goal was to improve the Relay brand and its positioning, identify new products and services and develop a fresh design.
