Created in 2011, Lagardère Live Entertainment brings together the businesses of:

By getting ahead of the curve in anticipation of the recovery, heralded by the lifting of the last public health restrictions in early 2022, Lagardère Live Entertainment was able to produce and host
a large number of shows, generating revenue on a par with the pre-Covid years. It also doubled the number of performances at its venues (459 in 2022, compared to 218 in 2021) and organised
more than 100 corporate events. The year was also shaped by the production of two major tours (Matthieu Chedid, Jacques and Thomas Dutronc), the signing of several emerging music artists
and the international development of the licence for the Les Choristes musical in Canada and Spain.

more than 100 corporate events. The year was also shaped by the 2022 also saw the business step up its CSR strategy through numerous initiatives, such as improving the experience of visitors
with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as the sorting and recycling of public, production and office waste.

Faced with a more challenging economic environment in 2023 (rising costs and uncertainty as to consumer purchasing power), Lagardère Live Entertainment remains reasonably confident that
business will continue to grow and expects a significant increase in the number of shows and concerts hosted at its venues, along with the development of its productions.
