The Lagardère group is fully aware that its performance is directly linked to its employees' skills and its adaptation of resources. Accordingly, it chooses to make its mission as a responsible employer its top priority.
This takes the form of three commitments:
- ensuring balance and diversity in the workforce;
- promoting harmonious working conditions;
- encouraging the development of skills.
Although these commitments, defined and made official by Lagardère in collaboration with the Human Resources Directors of the divisions, are common to all divisions, the operational entities nevertheless manage their human resources autonomously.
