Lagardère files complaint for insider dealing

Following the article published in today’s edition of French business daily Les Échos, the Lagardère group confirms that, on 7 June 2018, it filed a complaint for insider dealing and related offences against persons unknown with the French financial prosecution office after discovering suspicious transactions in Lagardère shares at the Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2018.
The Lagardère group has taken, and will continue to take, all the appropriate measures to obtain compensation for the harm suffered.
