Karine Leyzin is appointed General Manager in charge of TV Programmes, Youth and Women's Channels

Emmanuelle Guilbart, CEO Television France and International of Lagardère Active, has appointed Karine Leyzin, who up till now had been Gulli Programming director, General manager in charge of TV programmes and Youth and Women's channels of Lagardère Active Group.

In this capacity, she will be supervising the Programmes of GULLI, Canal J, Tiji TV and June TV channels as well as international Youth channels. She will also be overseeing acquisition and co-production activities.

Karine Leyzin will take up her new job on 1st September.

Aged 36 and holding a specialized professional D.E.S.S degree (D.E.S.S.) in the law and administration of audiovisual communications as well as an audiovisual communication master's degree, Karine Leyzin began her career at M6 Interactions.
In 1998, she joined France 2 as consultant on programmes to acquire foreign TV dramas, then was appointed consultant on youth programmes in charge of programming, acquisitions and productions in 2003.
In October of 2005, she joined Lagardère Active TV Division as Gulli's programming director.
