Pierre Leroy, co-managing partner, appointed deputy chairman and chief operating officer of Arco (SA)

During a meeting held on 10 March 2010, on the recommendation of Mr Arnaud Lagardère, managing partner, the Supervisory Board of Lagardère SCA ratified the appointment of Mr Pierre Leroy, co-managing partner, as deputy chairman and chief operating officer of Arco (SA).
Mr Arnaud Lagardère and Arco (SA) are the two managing partners of Lagardère SCA.
