Denis Langlois appointed Human Resources Director of Lagardère Active Group

Didier Quillot, CEO of Lagardère Active and Anne-Marie Couderc, General Secretary hereby announce the appointment of Denis Langlois as Human Resources Director for the whole Lagardère Active Group, both in France and internationally.
He will be reporting directly to Anne-Marie Couderc and will also become a member of Lagardère Active Executive Committee.
His appointment has been effective 19 October 2009.

A graduate of Sciences Politiques Paris and a holder of a degree's in law from Paris I University, Denis Langlois has held several human resources jobs at Groups Schlumberger, Bull and Emerson between 1986 and 1997; in 1998 he joined Philips as head of Human Resources for France, then director of human resources of its Consumer Communications Division. In 2002 he joined Thomson as Director of Human Resources of the Displays and Components division. In September 2005 he became head of the Electronic Components and Consumer Business Division, and in September 2008, he also became head of the Group's Real Estate and Insurance.
