Under the liquidity contract signed between Lagardère and CA Cheuvreux, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account at 30 June 2009:

• 245,000 Lagardère SCA shares
• € 4,098,226.20

For information, during the last assessment on December 31st,2008, the following assets were allocated to the liquidity account:

• 104,000 Lagardère SCA shares
• € 7,489,142.72
