Internet users can sign up to become one of the 100 literary jury members selected to vote on the 2006 Readers’ Award

Through 28 February 2006, Internet users can sign up to become one of the 100 literary jury members selected to vote on the 2006 Readers’ Award. Under this new program, jury members will choose from among 18 short-listed titles, which they will receive over the months of March through August. The works in question include Kiffe Kiffe Demain by Faïza Guène, Biographie de la Faim by Amélie Nothomb and Les Ames Grises by Philippe Claudel. This campaign will be publicized in bookstores, in Le Point magazine and on radio station France Info, which is sponsoring the program in partnership with Hachette. The jury will select its favourite novel by the end of August and the winner will be announced in October 2006.
