Membre du groupe Lagardère, nous avons notre siège social à Londres, Royaume-Uni. Notre branche se compose de 2 domaines : 1/ Lagardère Sports qui s'articule autour de 6 activités complémentaires : . Marketing, Sponsoring et Relations Publiques . Création de contenus, Gestion de droits médias, Production et Distribution . Conseil aux marques, Activation et Services digitaux . Gestion et exploitation de stades et lieux . Représentation d'Athlètes . Gestion d'événements Nous sommes également partie prenante dans des clubs de sport de renom en Europe et en Amérique du Nord. 2/ Lagardère Live Entertainment qui propose des services autour de la production de spectacles et la gestion de salles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on the Production team to produce live events, shows, gala dinners, activations, and much more.  Key responsibilities will include supporting the planning and logistics of show elements including gear, trucking, and staffing.  Coordinator will also include assist with invoices, paperwork, and budget management along with managing smaller events from start to finish.



1. Oversee overall production execution, which includes managing staff and communicating with clients directly.

2. Serve as on-site manager for load-ins, shows and strikes. 

3. Have an understanding that events could be late nights, overnight and on a holiday.

4. Assist with office paperwork, event paperwork, and basic finances for each job.

5. Able to create P&L’s, Excel docs, and PowerPoint Decks

6. Basic understanding of Audio, Lighting, Video & Staging

7. Maintain and organize production schedules

8. Hire event staff, and manage freelance payroll

9. Manage shop logistics



Supervised by:  Senior Director of Production

Additional Employees/Supervisors Will Be Working With:

  • SVP of Events
  • Senior Management
  • Project Managers  

COMPENSATION:  Commensurate with experience.  Benefits and Bonus incentive available.


  • Two-Five (2-5) Years of Experience in the Live Events, or similar fields. 
  • Forward thinking, willing to take initiative 
  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, positive attitude and able to take constructive feedback well and learn effectively
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to organize very well and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Vectorworks and/or Photoshop a plus
