Lagardère has set up a Shareholders’ Consultative Committee to:
- improve its financial communications in relation to individual shareholders,
- more effectively meet the expectations of shareholders,
- analyse the way shareholders perceive messages issued by Lagardère to coincide with the publication of its results, acquisition and development operations, or articles and in-depth interviews given by its managers.
The work sessions are organized as follows:
- Morning:
- presentation of results,
- analysis of stock performance over the last six months,
- question and answer session devoted to the group’s strategy.
- Lunch
- Afternoon:
- workshop devoted to communications over the last six months,
- presentation of major events by two members,
- suggestions for improving financial communications.
The Committee consists of 12 individual shareholders and one representative of legal entities representing individual shareholders at general shareholders' meetings, with one member of the Management team, one member of the Supervisory Council and three members of the Board of Directors.
The Committee consists of:
- 10 representatives of individual shareholders chosen based on voluntary compliance, as well as skills, representativeness by region, age and sex:
- 9 seats filled by Pierre Aymard, Jacques Pouette, Yvonne Sieurin, Olivier Cotinat, Lisa Jäger, Guillaume Jeangros, Soleine Leprince-Ringuet, Raphaël Moreau, Anne Doris Dupuy
- 1 seat to be filled (currently being assigned)
- 2 representatives of shareholders that are legal entities: Professor Raymond Courbis (representing the University) and Aldo Sicurani (representing the French Federation of Investment Clubs - FFCI);
- 1 representative of legal entities representing individual shareholders at general shareholders' meetings (shareholders' association, etc.): Pierre Desmottes (representing the National French Shareholders Association -ANAF).
