Social dialogue is an essential component of the group's policy, since three-quarters of Lagardère's employees across the world enjoy the benefits of staff representation within their company. Existing collective agreements cover a wide range of subjects, the most frequent of which include working hours, remuneration and welfare benefits.
In addition, two committees have been set up within Lagardère:
- The Group Committee, which is made up of 30 Lagardère group employees.
- The European Works Council, which is also made up of 30 Lagardère group employees based in Europe.
