While Lagardère is an integrated yet diverse industrial group, our main characteristic, both in the way we carry out our business and how we manage our human resources, is decentralization, a synonym for entrepreneurial freedom and the delegation of responsibilities.

Among its key social policy initiatives, the group strives to:
