Founded in 1995, Upsolut is a German company based in Hamburg that specializes in event organization and sports marketing. Upsolut has developed unique expertise, particularly in mass-participation endurance sports, which are currently experiencing strong growth. Events in such popular sporting disciplines as cycling and triathlon are often open to both professionals and amateurs (Pro-Am).

Upsolut's portfolio currently includes the Hamburg and London triathlons, the Skoda Velothon in Berlin (the equivalent of a marathon for amateur cyclists) and the Vattenfall Cyclassics (a cycling race included in the UCI Pro Tour). Upsolut is also a partner of the ITU (International Triathlon Union) and will participate in the organization of the Dextro Energy World Series, a new worldwide triathlon series.
