The Executive Committee's role is to share information and coordinate actions taken by the Managing Partners.
It assists the Managing Partners, who are members of the Committee, in the fulfilment of their duties, which are to:
- define the Group's strategy;
- coordinate its development and control;
- make the key management decisions as and when appropriate and ensure that they are implemented at both parent company and operational levels.
The Managing Partners also draw on Lagardère Media's Operating Committee which includes the division senior managers and meets every month.
