The Executive Committee’s role is to share information and coordinate actions taken by the Managing Partners.
It assists the Managing Partners,who are members of the Committee, in their duties, which are:
- determining the Group’s strategy;
- guiding development and control;
- taking the major management decisions required for this and ensuring those decisions are implemented group-wide.
The Managing Partners also draw on the Enlarged Committee, which is made up of the members of the Executive Committee as well as the division senior executives and the General Counsel of Lagardère SCA.
It meets every month.
