The Executive Committee's role is to share information and coordinate actions taken by the Managing Partners.
It assists the Managing Partners, who are members of the Committee, in the fulfilment of their duties, which are:
- drawing up the strategy of the Group;
- guiding development and control;
- taking the major management decisions required for this and ensuring those decisions are implemented both at the level of the parent company and in the various divisions.
The Managing Partners also draw on Lagardère Media's Operating Committee, which is made up of the members of the Executive Committee as well as the division senior executives, the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and the General Counsel of Lagardère SCA. It meets every month.
