Yannick Lacombe Appointed Deputy Managing Director for Marketing and Strategy

en charge du Marketing et de la Stratégie Lagardère PublciitéConstance Benqué, CEO of Lagardère Publicité, has appointed Yannick Lacombe, who has served until now as Director of Marketing, to the position of Deputy Managing Director for Marketing and Strategy. Yannick has been a member of the company's Executive Committee since 2008.
In his new position, he will actively help to determine and implement Lagardère Publicité's strategic direction through an aggressive marketing policy, among other tools. He will lead a watch unit to detect new methods of monetization and make them compatible with the firm's advertising offering, and will also orchestrate the dissemination of digital and cross-cutting approaches throughout the company's various entities and the marketing of audiovisual expertise.

Yannick Lacombe, 37, holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing and a master's in applied mathematics (Université Paris Dauphine). He began his career as a research expert with the Marketing division of TF1 Publicité (1998-2001). He then joined Europe Régies, Lagardère's audiovisual arm, as TV Marketing Manager (2001-2004). Appointed Assistant Director of Marketing in 2004, he expanded his responsibilities to encompass the medium of radio and formed a team of cross-media consultants within the Marketing department (2004-2007). In 2008, he was appointed Marketing Director of Lagardère Publicité, a new entity created through the merger of two Lagardère group companies: Interdeco (press) and Lagardère Active Publicité (audiovisual).
