Lagardère SCA has completed the sale of its Russian Radio business
Lagardère SCA has sold its Russian Radio business (Europa Media Group) to several private Russian investors. The equity value of the transaction is US$ 162 million (EUR 123 million).Lagardère is advised by Sociéte Générale for this operation.
In 2010, the Russian Radio business generated revenues of EUR 43 million.
