Arnaud Lagardère appoints Denis Olivennes as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Active

At the beginning of a new phase in the development of Lagardère Active, Arnaud Lagardère, General and Managing Partner of Lagardère SCA, has appointed Denis Olivennes as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Active, following the departure of Didier Quillot.

Over the past five years, Didier Quillot has managed a number of transformations within Lagardère Active, and successfully conducted the sale of the international magazine business. Now that this sale has been completed, Didier Quillot and the Lagardère group have decided to bring their collaboration to an end. During his time as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Active, Didier Quillot has carried out his mission effectively and conscientiously.

Arnaud Lagardère also confirmed Denis Olivennes' appointment as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Europe 1 radio network.

As the new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Active, Denis Olivennes will become a member of the Lagardère Media Committee of Lagardère SCA.
